Located in the beautiful Marmara Hotel, it�s actually a library bar, with wood-paneled walls and leather-bound books on its shelves and richly-upholstered antique chairs and sofas to lounge on. The clientele is mix up of wealthy guests and businessmen, but some young Istanbul romantics cozy up over a glass of cognac too, pretending they�re in Mayfair. V.S.O.P - very special old place.
